Returns & Exchanges

At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all Sleep Doctor designer tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
